Basically, I was seeking for was a minimal environment, not anything fancy. But before I go through that, I would like to mention about my expectations. The entire desirable environment took 2 hours to setup and I share my config file in this post. At first, it looks slightly weird for mouse oriented users, though, for keyboard lovers (including myself) is just amazing. I like i3 because it is handy, minimal and most importantly keeps me focus on the task I am doing. Fortunately, it is available in the official repository and therefore, my headache was minimized.
